Normally processing over 1 million visitors in and out on a daily basis, the pandemic brought Bali to a literal halt. Though most visitors left, a community of expats stayed and found opportunities to invest and build. The Cepaka villas are designed to frame the views of rice paddies outside, and the modular nature of the plan allows the client to adapt and apply the concept to a variety of plot shapes. The plan has now been adapted to 8 different plots and counting. Contractor: Kori Dewata Karya | Architect: Gauri Art Studio Bali
